Ground rules for Garage Engineers

- All group mates should contribute effectively towards group discussions
- Group members should solve conflict nicely
- Group members should acknowledge messages that are sent in the group
Personal Goals
First Goal: To be better at communication
This is because during group discussions, I often fear that I would give the wrong answer or give a suggestion that may seem silly to others. This often held me back from voicing out my suggestions and opinions. I want to improve on this because I want to contribute effectively and be able to voice out my opinions or suggestions freely. In order to overcome this problem, I plan to just let my opinions and solutions out without having to think too much about whether they are right or wrong. Who knows? My opinions could be valuable to the group which could really benefit the group. I will know whether I have achieved this goal is when I am able to freely voice out and contribute to group discussions even more effectively.
Second Goal: I want to improve my CAD skills in Fusion360
In my opinion, CAD skills are very important in this coming day and age. In my opinion, everyone should be able to know what is CAD and Fusion360. This is due to the fact that we are able to create countless of products in Fusion360 and then get them to be printed at a 3D Printer. We are able to create products ranging from toys/figurines to edible food. In the future, I think that CAD skills would be very prevalent and it would be highly sourced by companies. In order to get there, I plan to watch educational Youtube videos in my free time to learn more about Fusion360 and follow and create the product the person is showing in the video. I would also make sure to clarify my doubts and seek help whenever in doubt. I will know I have achieved this skill when I am able to freely create products that I want, and I am familiar with most if not all the functions in Fusion360
